Faster backups with slow processors

I have noticed that my backup speeds went up greatly with the following setting in 7backupvars.
Set-Variable -name Bk7ZipSwitches -value "-bd -mx1 -m0=lzma2 -mmt=6 -ms=off -ssw -mf=off -mtc=on -slp -scsUTF-8 -sccUTF-8" -scope 1
The biggest increase in speed, I found, was associated with dropping the md=96. Not setting the dictionary to 96mb. Yes, this is a trade-off (smaller dictionaries, faster compression, but bigger file). I also put the lzma2 compression in there, to make sure we are using all cores to backup.

For reference only:
-md=96 [ slows down process, but better compression.]
-mmt=6 [ sets threads to 6 ]
-m0=lzma2 [ sets the lzma2 compression mode, which enables multi core]

-mx0 [ level 0 - no compression
-mx1 [ level 1 - fasted compression
-mx7 [ level 7 - small file size... slow!

-ms=off [ allows you to quickly extract a small file from a big archive!
-ms=e [ default setting
